INSTRUCTOR'S CORNER

The purpose of this section is to make life easier for our Red Cross certified instructors, the people who teach the bulk of our Red Cross Health & Safety courses.

If, as a Red Cross instructor, you have not registered with the Instructors Corner, life will be easier if you do so now. This is the gateway to email or fax class records and order supplies.

After you have signed in to Instructors Corner:

Class Records and Addendums

	On the opening page of Instructors Corner, click on “Instructors Tools” (bottom, lower right)
	Underneath “Course Forms” (about halfway down the page), click on “Course Record, Activity Report and Evaluation Forms”.
	The generic course record and addendum tabs are under “Course Record Sheet and Addendum.” (Course-specific forms are shown lower down on the Web page for you to explore at your leisure.)
	Click on “Course Record Sheet”. Click “Open”. Place the cursor in the gray blocks and type the required information.
	Click “File”, then “Save as” and name the file, preferably as a Word document. Close the course record.
	Go back to the Course Record Sheet and Addendum and click on “Course Record Addendum”. Repeat the data entry and “Save as” process.
	Email the records and addendums, as Word attachments, to healthservices@cccredcross.org .

Class Supplies

Here you can order first aid and CPR student training kits and participant manuals and other supplies. Note: At the transitions, a message “This page contains both secure and nonsecure items. Do you want to display the nonsecure items?” comes up. Click “Yes” in all cases.

	Click on “Shop” (bottom, lower left)
	On the left side of the page, under Product Offerings, click on “Training Supplies”
	In the Training Supplies paragraph, click on the “Click here” text in the lower right portion of the paragraph
	This brings up a catalog page with basic training supplies such as pocket masks, AED parts, and first aid and CPR Student Training Kits.

If you are looking for an item specific to the course you are teaching or the industry in which you work, explore the tabs at the top of the page that comes up first after you click on the “Shop” button.
